Sasha entered our planning as our 'day of coordinator' after the major things had been been booked but I was so unorganized I was afraid she'd drop me. I was quickly whipped into shape (she means business!) and our wedding day went as smooth as I had hoped it would be. My favorite thing she did for us was sending out a minute-by-minute schedule the days proceeding the wedding and communicated it to all of our vendors and wedding party. Also, I got a little furniture happy and my proposed floor plan would not fit into the space so Sasha took care of resituating the furniture on the fly. Talk about great under pressure! RSVP Event Planning saved me! Without having Sasha help with all our last minute details and decisions, I'm not sure how it would have all come together. Down the every detail, Sasha was on top of it. She made our wedding day truly fantastic by taking all the worry away from my husband and I. Not only did we notice how completely flawless our wedding day was, we had several people comment on how well prepared and organized Sasha was. ... she started helping me early in the process, so she assisted with everything from initial planning and ideas through execution at the event. she had a lot of wonderful and creative ideas about table decor, favors, and escort cards. i met with her multiple times over the course of about a year, and she was always willing to spend as much time as we needed discussing everything. she was very responsive and kept me on track in terms of all of the tasks that i needed to accomplish. sasha also did an amazing job, about a week before the wedding, of contacting all of the vendors and verifying plans with them. she put together an excellent production schedule for the event that kept everyone informed and on track. the day of the wedding, she was flexible and helpful. she pulled everything together nicely, and she thought of absolutely everything! she did a great job of resolving an issue with our shuttle company and made sure that there were no transportation hitches at the end of the night. and after the night was over, my husband and i returned to our room, where sasha had moved all of the gifts and cards, and leftover food and desserts. we were so thankful that she made things run so smoothly during the wedding!" rebekah, june 2009
